Amazing location, all very clean, all amenities in the spa working well, great friendly and helpful staff, nothing disappointing... Also we received two vouchers for the couple to have a free drink or a short play experience in the casino - so nice! Now restaurant, we took the buffet dinner for the three of us. The two main hot dishes were exceptional (cod with cream and beef medallions with mushroom sauce). I am Portuguese and have had these typical Portuguese cuisine dishes many times, both were the very best. The meat was incredibly tasty, tender and cooked on point - wow! The breakfast next morning was very nice as one can expect from such a hotel, including a few typical Portuguese sweet and savoury pastries but nothing being prepared as you go as one find in other hotels (ex: pancakes, omelette, etc...)

The staff is fantastic, all the attention to the details made the stay a wonderful stay - pack "Romantico" was great since even the detail of waiting my arrival to make fresh cocktails is amazing, the late checkout detail after a cozy and lovely breakfast on bed made all the difference. Free parking and charging for electric cars was also great. The pool and the facilities was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Big room with everything you need. Large shared spaces, made the stay a lot less crowdy. The live music until 1am on the bar makes the stay even more special, and if you feel "lucky" ;) the casino is right there.

Set in an exquisite location, had a lovely family room, we arrived late after travelling a long way and had an amazing late dinner and clean room to stay in
